高温轴承的技术说明

mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">二、高温深沟球轴承根据采用高温轴承钢耐高温极限程度有四个等级： S mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">级300 "Times New Roman"">℃、X级400 mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">℃、C "Times New Roman"">级600℃、B mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">级800 "Times New Roman"">℃，级别代号首置于轴承型号，如800 "Times New Roman"">℃B级的BT61816。温度等级对应采用耐其温度的高温轴承钢号，轴承达到该温度时，金相组织及其硬度仍符合其优异材质标准，达到或超过常温下普通轴承额定的负荷、转速、寿命等；而在常温下，具有优异材质的高温轴承的寿命，是普通轴承的数倍至数十倍。

1．同国家标准深沟球轴承6 mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">类及其直径系列、变型，成品及其零件外形尺寸及公差、形位精度、旋转精度等质量与国标深沟球轴承一致, mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">所以高温深沟球轴承的类别及尺寸规格代号按照国家标准深沟球轴承代号60000 mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">，如61816 "Times New Roman"">；

2. 低速<100转/ mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">分：无保持架满球的有两种，即有装球缺口T60000 mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">型、无装球缺口T60000B "Times New Roman"">型，单列球充满滚道，承载1.4 "Times New Roman"">倍，因摩擦小而磨损小，可以不添加润滑物；球间嵌润滑块的自润滑T60000C "Times New Roman"">型；

3. 高中速＞100 mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">转/ "Times New Roman"">分：有保持架的TS60000 "Times New Roman"">型；

4. 润滑：S mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">级添加代号Y "Times New Roman"">的300℃ S# mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">、X "Times New Roman"">级添加代号Z的400 mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">℃ X# "Times New Roman"">高温润滑脂能减小摩擦，除安装双面（代号-2Z "Times New Roman"">）防尘盖外，可以由顾客另选择高温润滑脂；C "Times New Roman"">、B级由用户自添加高温润滑剂；

5．变型：S mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">级安装单面（代号-Z "Times New Roman"">）或双面（代号-2Z "Times New Roman"">）300℃ S# mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">防尘盖（钢盖），X "Times New Roman"">、F、C mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">级安装单面（代号-Z "Times New Roman"">）或双面（代号-2Z "Times New Roman"">）600℃ C# mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">防尘盖，可以挡住尘埃进入轴承；或S mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">级安装单面（代号-RS "Times New Roman"">）或双面（代号-2RS "Times New Roman"">）300℃ S# mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">密封圈（胶盖），能够阻止高温润滑脂溢出；

6. 交错型，即由不同温度等级的零件、润滑脂等配套而成，达到特定的性能。其高温等级代号按套圈高温等级冠之。

mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">四、高温深沟球轴承生产规格范围：10 mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">≤d "Times New Roman"">≤500。主要承受径向负荷，也可以承受任一方向的轴向负荷。
